Registration Packets for School Year 2010-2011

We invite you to submit a student enrollment form to Excell Academy. Excell Academy is free to students and their families. We are open to any student eligible to attend his/her local public school. Excell Academy shall not discriminate against any student on the basis of ethnicity, national original, gender, or disability. Depending on the number of students who complete applications, students will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis as space permits. After completing the initial form, an Excell Academy representative will contact you to discuss how you can complete the enrollment process.

Registration packets are ready for download in preparation for the 2010-2011 school year. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system to be able to perform a download. Please click to install the program.
