A Bear Visit
B.Safe Bear and staff pay a visit
At Excell Academy, we received a courtesy visit from our friends at the Red Cross the last week in January. Our visitors included three staff workers and B.Safe Bear, the organization's mascot. In addition to the very organized and encouraging presentations, our special visiting friend, B.Safe Bear, was exceptional in his involvement with the entire school. B. Safe Bear exemplifies our belief that learning can and should be fun.
Thanks to our friends at the Red Cross for having our students in mind for such a kind gesture. The entire exercise was such a rewarding learning experience for all. We look forward to seeing the team come out again sometime soon.
