Mr. Doug Seiler
Principal
Doug Seiler received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education at Jamestown College in North Dakota in 1983. For the next 15 years, Mr. Seiler taught in both North Dakota and Wyoming. Holding a number of various positions, including Reading Specialist, Middle School Math Teacher and Title I Instructor, he also found the time to work with students in a variety of athletic extracurricular activities including basketball, football and track. After a number of years as a K-8 Assistant Principal, Mr. Seiler attended the University of Wyoming-Laramie to receive his Masters of Education in Educational Leadership. After serving as the K-5 Elementary Principal at Wyoming Indian Elementary School in Ethete, Wyoming, he took the position of K-6 Elementary Principal at Excell Academy in 2003. We are very thankful to have Mr. Seiler as he continues his 5th year at Excell!!
