**Note to Parents and Caregivers: This is a LONG, BUSY day for five and six-year-old children. Please be sure your child is well rested and prepared for each school day, so we can make the most of it!**
8:45-9:15 Student Arrival, Breakfast
9:15-9:45 Morning Meeting and Calendar Time
9:45-11:00 Direct Instruction and Literacy Centers
11:00-11:15 Shared Reading/Language Arts Instruction
11:15-11:45 Math Instruction
11:45-12:15 Lunch
12:15-12:45 Story time, bathroom breaks, bundle up for outside
12:45-1:30 Recess, computer lab
1:30-2:15 Core Knowledge (Science, Social Studies)
2:15-2:45 Rest Time
2:45-3:00 Snack Time
3:00-3:20 Choice Time
3:20-4:00 Closing Routine- Clean up, pack up, quiet journals
