Mr. Dennis Biljan
Biography
I am Mr. Dennis Biljan, a third grade teacher at Excell Academy. I am now in my third full year of teaching at Excell. I grew up in the northern Twin Cities and graduated from Centennial High School. I earned my degree in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota, Morris. Shortly after graduating from college I moved back to the Twin Cities and got married. My wife is currently an Early Childhood Special Education teacher in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. This past summer, we celebrated our son's first birthday. I also have a dog named Lucy. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, especially baseball, in which I participated in from elementary school through college. I also enjoy music. I played the alto saxophone in concert and jazz bands.
